Sabah. Fish 'pickle'-with bamboo shoot and rice, fermented together(I think). Eaten as a side dish. My
grandmom love this stuff she fish her fish herself (
tongue twister). Personally I like the pork version better cause I don't have eyes looking back at me...hahahaha...picture taken at the
