Potato Salad

I love cooking for people who appreciates my master piece and here I want to share you one of my easiest dish. The amount or quantity of the ingredients I leave it on to you...just be brave and experiment....Good Luck

Simple POTATO SALAD

Potatoes (of any kind that U like)
Mayonnaise
Salt
Blake Pepper
Lemon

Boil the peeled potato till soft ( make sure the size of the potato are quite the same, and start the boiling with cool water or water straight from the tap to get an even cooked potato) Check the potatoes cook by inserting a tooth pick through a potato. If it goes through then its done. leave aside to cool
In a bowl mix in mayo , a pinch of salt and half teaspoon of black pepper and a squeeze of lemon and maybe grate in a little lemon zest. Mix the ingredient in the bowl well and taste. If you satisfied then pour over the boiled cool potatoes and place in the fridge till time to eat.
Can be serve cold or warm....your choice...
